I may not always answer emails regarding estimates and quotes the same day I receive them, but I will respond within a week.

For all restoration and custom work:

***I WILL NO LONGER RESTORE NEW BREYERS**
I will try to have all work done in a timely manner, usually within 4 months from when I receive it.

However, extenuating circumstances are always a problem. If you need your horse back RIGHT AWAY, please email me and I'll do my best to help you, but your order will Incur an Additional RUSH fee.

I do insist that you include a letter with every package that has your contact information (name, phone number, address, email) and lists what work needs to be done.

This is for my records and your safety. Packages that arrives without any information as to whom they belong or documentation will be held without work until I hear from the owner. If I do not hear from the owner within a month, the horse will be shipped home.

If your item arrives with additional damage from shipping, I will repair it, but at an extra cost. I will provide you with an insurance estimate form for reimbursement from your post office for any damage that is incurred in transit. Insure your item!

Customizing:
I will sculpt new manes, tails, and other features at additional cost. Email me for an estimate. vonwags@aol.com

Prepping:
If I'm painting your horse, prepping is included in the cost quote(except for rough castings i.e. German-cast Erberls).
Regular prepping without my painting services is a 2-4 week turnaround.  Prices start at $35 for traditionals.*

DONATIONS:
I will consider donating a CM  to your show; provided that the model is
PRE-PREPPED, no exceptions. I will donate no more than 4 models per year, so if you would like one for your show, contact me EARLY. Donation-seeker is resposible for all postage costs.

PAYMENT:
I accept Paypal with an additional 4% added to the total. Checks and Money orders are acceptable. I will arrange for time payments with 30% down and the balance due upon project completion. No trades, please. Payment in full up front is incentive for speedier completion.

a deposit of half the purchase price is required before work starts.
